CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL:
- The signing of the lease is conditional on a positive credit investigation to the satisfaction
of the lessor.
- The tenant must present a civil liability insurance of $2M before occupancy and maintain it
throughout the lease.
- The condo is non-smoking (cigarette, cigar, pot, cannabis, etc.).
- The landlord requires a condo without animals.
- Short-term rental (Air Bnb style) is prohibited.
- The cultivation and consumption of cannabis is prohibited, inside and outside (balcony) of the condo.
- Moving costs are the responsibility of the tenant.
- The tenant agrees to respect the declaration of co-ownership and the rules of the co-ownership.
- The tenant must provide proof of employment demonstrating his financial capacity to pay the rent.
- The tenant agrees to pay the 1st month's rent upon signing the lease.
- A security deposit equivalent to one (1) month's rent will be required.
